Wasn't aware of that one, I'll try it when I'm next out in the C70, although I have a feeling it wasn't a feature across the board. The window up / down works from the keyfob though

On my 2008 S60 there is no magic mirror folding, I simply use the preset '3' on the seat controls to dip both mirrors for parking. I have configured it so that in all other respects it matches my normal preset '1', so '3' becomes just a 'park assist button.
But the discovery was, after parking as above, and removing key from ignition, I can still press preset '1' and the mirrors will go back to normal, ready for my subsequent departure at some later time. Key needn't be on, or even in ignition lock, providing I have not yet closed the drivers door... Last edited by Bill_56; Aug 18th, 2017 at 23:18. Reason: Edit, said 'fold', meant 'dip. |

The power seat will work without a key for a few minutes after unlocking otherwise a tall person may not be able to get in to the seat to get key in the slot .

Preset 2 is for her normal settings. Preset 3 was unused and being my car, I seem to have claimed that too. I'm not sure she knows... |

Had my V70 for 3 years before I realised it had auto sensing wipers. I thought the interment setting was faulty!
As for seat presets. 1 is for me. 2 is for her 3 puts the seat far enough back for her to get in and out!
