Unhappy Unresponsive sunroof and alarm service message

Hello

So, I own a V50 and had the CEM flip out on me, causing a whole bunch or error codes and craziness.
Consulted the forum and did a full disconnect and clean of all the contacts. This sorted everything and she now runs lovely (for the moment anyway).

However ...

When I did turn it on, I got a message that I needed an alarm service ... didn't take much notice until I realised the sunroof and belt-fasten light not working in overhead console.

*sigh*

Tried a UEM reset with the window buttons and remote key, which seems to have cleared the service message but the sunroof is still completely unresponsive.

Any ideas? Could I have put something back wrong in the CEM? One of the two black relays? Has disconnecting battery and CEM shorted something? Is it the siren module?

The sunroof button, seat-belt warning light and the button for deactivating the alarm interior sensors are all in the overhead console.

I don't really know why it would but could the connector block in the back of that console have worked a bit loose?

Otherwise according to Haynes fuses number 62 (20A) and 73 (5A) cover the sunroof and the overhead console. Both are on the CEM - perhaps you have dislodged/upset one of those?

Otherwise check your CEM connections again perhaps?

Beyond that, not sure...

David
