there should be option on threads where you can close down the thread if it gets to point where everyone writing of topic

I did ask how to turn them off not what is right or worng or is it safe

simple if you have any info how to do it reply if not keep your opinion to your self, it may sound harsh but 4 pages of reply's and only few actual answers, everytime I look I hope that there is some kind of solution but not LOL

yes there is the dealer or any one with Dice or vct

there you go a correct answer
