I think it will be ready for you a couple days earlier than you think. Mine arrived a few days before.

I'm just heading back to dealership at 2pm to pick up mine.

I can't wait to see some pics of your XC90, they look amazing.

I am in total shock.

I collected the V90 today, it is stunning. The Bowers & Wilkins sound is so accurate and defined and the air suspension with sunroof topped it all off.

I then attempted to use the front massage function....

To cut a long story short, it isn't even on the car. It is listed as a feature of inscription trim seats, listed in the updated manual, still listed on the main Volvo website, yet it is not installed on my Inscription with every optional extra fitted.

I am returning the car for a full refund. I've had enough.

Hi Paul,

I have just looked at the Model Year 22 Edition 3 price list and the Inscription seats are listed as Nappa Perforated and Ventilated - no mention of the massage function.

Is yours MY22?

Good morning,

Mine is the MY2022.

I emailed the sales guys specifically regarding massaging seats and was never told the function was removed. It still states on there site that it is included.

It seems they are purposely misleading people with contradicting information.

It really is shocking.

The full options list should of course be on your order form sent by the dealership to volvo ( & to you as a courtesy I would have hoped) - is it shown on that?

Oh no! Sorry to hear that, there’s nothing more disappointing than collecting the car you’ve specced so carefully only for it to be wrong. When I bought my current V60, it came without the heated steering wheel. Volvo changed the winter pack spec between me ordering and the build to remove it. No one told me that had happened, but fortunately it was available as an accessory so the dealer fitted it.

I hope you can resolve yours somehow.

This only gets better.

I opted for the Bowers & Wilkins, popped in my SanDisk 256GB USB type C pen drive, and the car simply states "issue with drive, tap to fix' I tap it and it states "you can safely eject it".

I thought it may be the size of the drive, so I purchased a 118GB drive. The same applied.

I tried Fat32, NTSF and exfat. All the same.

I can't play any of my music unless it compresses everything massively over a Bluetooth connection from my phone. Even then the controls are so bad, it is unusable.

Also, the theatre lighting is unchangeable. Even though I paid for the extra lighting pack?

I am ruddy fuming.

Sorry that you are having problems with your new car. I'd like to try and help. Please could you provide the exact error message displayed when you insert the USB stick?

You should be able to change the colour of the theatre lighting in lighting settings via the centre screen.

Thanks for your offer to help, it is much appreciated.

When I insert the usb it simply states "system UI. Issue with USB, tap to fix" I tap it and it then closes that screen, returns to homescreen and states "usb is safely ejected".

It looks like the entire theatre lighting options have been removed. I just have, internal lights options low, medium or high.
