Vida some systems no response/communication

Hi, I have recently bought an 2012 XC90 2.4 r-design and have been very pleased with it, as I generally do all my own maintenance I have invested in Vida.
I am trying to use it for first time and it works on some systems but not others(see photo), it seems fine communicating with the engine/transmission etc but others like the DDM module are highlighted in red and don't respond?
Have anyone seen this before and any ideas how to fix it please?

Yes I see this regularly when testing and weeding out the defective Dice before I sell only the working ones.....
One of the reasons my buyers trust what I sell.

You either have one of the many dead Dice or an issue with your car.

Your options to confirm a faulty Dice are to test the same Dice on another known working Volvo or test a known working Dice on your car.

Thanks Sirob(your YouTube videos are excellent btw), I was hoping you might reply.
Do you get a lot of defective eBay Vidas then?
I will contact the seller and ask for another as there are no obvious problems with the car, the seller has good reviews for its Vidas which is why I went for them.

Yes, 20% of the Dice don't work and that figure has stayed the same for the 3+ years I've been buying and selling them.
They roll off the production line straight into a box and never see a Volvo until the end user connects it to theirs for the first time. Lots work, plenty don't.

On the other hand 100% of mine work because I test every one before selling on and return the defective ones back to the seller.

If the eBay ones were reliable, there would be no demand for what I offer.
