One stud on each strut.Very similar to this one, except won't have the threaded adjustment. Will have the same size tube on the end as my 700/900 ones with slots in which allows for discrepancies.
Also will be bent like the photos above to allow for clearance for n/a cars. A straight bar like this one wouldn't clear the n/a manifold. Also the tubes will be cut at a angle to follow the sweep of the bend. Basically one of my 700/900 tubular braces but to just the front stud ( have a look at my thread) I also think in conjunction with either gt braces (which is what is in this picture) or the ones I come up with, which I'll post a picture I found of basically how I'll be doing them. I reckon They will work better than a bar that purely went across and was connected to 2 or 3 studs which the 3rd is unnecessary. The only better one I think would be a all in one fixed brace that used 2 studs and also triangulated to the bulkhead as one piece, like the kalpenke one. Another one similar. He's not even running the tri bars. I wouldn't recommend just using my one without the tri bars. I can't see there being an issue if I'm honest! but it would work far better as a package.

This is how my tri bars will be. Using tubes on each end rather than one tube with crushed ends. So they match the front one and also I will struggle to be able to mass produce the gt style ones, with what I have at work. Certainly easier for me to go the tubular route. And I personally think they look better.
Hope that's answered everyone's questions cheers Martin |

Plans changed slightly on how I'll do them. I'm going to get plates laser cut for the ends instead as people seem to prefer this method. Plus it will strengthen the strut top as well. It'll end up costing a bit more than my other idea, not sure exactly I'll have to see what it costs for the laser cut ends. But I'd say around the £70 mark.
It'll be similar to this brace, but the bar will go across more towards the front. Which will allow for gt braces or my version of them to be fitted. Where this one doesn't. This way it will also allow me to make a all in one brace (with triangulation) using the same end plates. So people will have the option of either just the brace if u already have gt braces, or the brace plus my gt version bars. Or the most fancy and expensive option a all in one brace. |

Got my ruff pattern made for the strut top plates. There will be a bit extra added for the rear slot so it doesn't go to the end of the plate. But that's basically hoe they will be
