Burnt off by a Van! Embarrassed beyond!

Before the wind ups about not being able to drive etc, I'm and advanced driver, experienced and have done plenty of track work! I simply couldn't match this van for handling. I was on the limit! A manual would've helped but I'm still gutted! Sorry guys, I had to tell someone!!! The other guy could clearly drive but it was still a van and the power it had was serious!

the Vw van is same kind of power as a D4 180 bhp 400 nm .. you aren't an advanced driver by the way ... ! far from it ...

If you read what I wrote it was an A road and where did I say mph? Never mind.

You can edit all you like, but your post has been quoted for all to see. Agreed, you said A road and not B road, but it doesn't take a brain surgeon to work out that you say you were driving irresponsibly in excess of 85.

Agreed, it was probably was a childish post but it was meant more as a humorous story than serious to be honest. We went round a few bends and I pulled back realising it was silly and dangerous. It was more about how quick modern vans are and in the conditions it handled the road very well. Apologies if I've upset anyone. I'm not an idiot behind the wheel, quite the opposite actually as petrol is so expensive.

I'm all for second chances, how about a mod deletes this thread, and Sparrowhark tries again....
