Default V70R AWD phase III? on fleebay

item number: 120535907363 in silver. (sorry no good at inserting links!)

Looks a bit scruffy round the edges, nothing some tlc wouldn't sort i'm sure!

Might be of interest to someone on here.

Looking at the other cars he's obviously a Volvo specialist & with him saying that there is no warranty I'd bet it needs a shed load spending on it, probably starting with the four wheel drive system. Could be wrong, but I go in with both eyes very wide open !!

Cheers,

John.

Looks like someone has offered him £1200, and he says he wants a 'tad' more.

So going cheap nonetheless - I'd go with John's theory, he is a Volvo specialist but claiming he has took it in part ex, not looked at it, etc so sold as seen. A proper Volvo specialist would have had a decent look I'd say and try to get good money for it if they felt they could. So worth a guess that he has had a look and decided it needs a little work!

At least it looks quite tidy on the pictures.

I told someone of Pistonheads about this car. They phoned up, asked a few questions.

Turns out it hasn't been serviced since 2007...

Yeh sounds like a reputable trader, SOLD AS SEEN!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thats whats known as a restrictive statement and is illegal. Its an offence to restrict a consumers rights. By him saying its sold as seen it gives the impression that if it develops a problem he isn't liable, when in fact he is! As a trader he is responsible for the condition of the vehicle regardless of age.

I'd stay clear!!!!

Not if it's sold by auction.
