Windscreen leak S60 Rdesign

Hi all
Im new here and looking to see if anyone knows about this problem of the rdesign s60 drive 1.6 diesel.
I have just been noticing a leak on the driving side and noe passengers side leaking ftom the top .i have contacted volvo but they say warrenty out and not a "fault" but it could cause electric faults as well this must be a saftey issue as im now worried screen could come off and i bought it for the saftey volvo cars give.
Please help
