xc90 squeaking breakes

Hi every one!
Hopefully someone can help. I bought my first Volvo XC90 2010 D5 manual in July 2016. In the last few mouths there has been a loud squeaking noise coming from front left wheel at low speed, under 40mph. This noise comes and goes. Noise only stop when car stops. Car has been at local garage who said breaks etc are all good!

Copper grease on the back of the brake pad.

Either the pads are non volvo or there is a mod to fit a mass damper to the caliper on some model years ..
