That said I doubt very much that the 21” would make a difference to car sickness and you will find they are quite desirable.
Your character assassination of R-Design drivers is offensive. I’m a 6 feet tall accountant weighing under 10 stones with no kids and drive an XC90 R-Design Pro on 22 inch wheels. Currently it’s on 19 inch wheels with winter tyres and the ride is only marginally softer. The primary cause of ride quality is suspension and there’s a big difference between an XC90 on adaptive air suspension and one on steel springs. I would’ve thought car sickness would be induced more by a softer ride than a firmer ride.

Exactamondo!!! Just because it’s not for you, there is no need to offend.

Although I’m no accountant, my wife is. We have 3 kids, an R-Design (with 22” wheels) on order and she will drive it. She’s not fat nor unpleasant or contemptible - the definition of a git (the irony).

Exactly how many accountants do you know to have arrived at that assumption?

Also, aren’t you in the wrong forum?

Try not to take it personally, XC90Mk1 is well known for posting contentious nonsense in most sub-forums.

Thanks all. It sounds like smaller wheels might not be the solution - at least not sure enough of a solution to spend £2k+ on some! I imagine anti-emetics are cheaper...
