Nonsense.

Piles are a result of chronically raised blood pressure acting on a venous anastomosis in the vasculature of the smooth muscle of the rectum and anus (there, I finally got to use the word "anus" on the forum).

High blood pressure causes piles, and pregnancy for the same reason. Poor diet with resulting constipation causes piles (straining raises the abdominal blood pressure).

Applying a warm compress to the a**e doesn't.

When Ulrika starts, the seats and steering wheel automatically come on at Max strength and its bliss - so much so that I'm outraged of Cumbria when Ulrika won't automatically "trigger the heat" when the outside temp is over 10 deg.

My Dukes of Argyll enjoy the heated seats on the cloth/leather Dakar interior of the 850

I live in Canada. In an area where it's not unusual to hit -30C in the winter. Heated seats are one the best inventions ever when you have leather seats. That being said, in the summer, where I am, we often hit +30C or more....and if you get in the car wearing shorts.......

Did anyone else read that the same way as me? I'm certainly going to keep taking my blood pressure meds, piles I might just cope with, but no way do I want to be pregnant!

Heated seats when it is cold and cooled seats when it is warm. Luv 'em.

That’s when you get third degree burns of the backs of the legs and back 🤣🤣 Leather or Vinyl seats are hazardous in summer direct sunlight

That's the only time I prefer the beige/off-white/cream leather over the black on P2 cars. My XC70 was specified with it, along with the ventilated seat option. Perfect for getting into a hot car and for keeping the back of your shirt dry during the same.

The actively cooled (Peltier effect) seats on the L322 Range Rover are even better. When they aren't defective, which they frequently are of course.

It's either what Moose said above, or not enough lube when your mates come to play.... :-)
