Default New (sort of) S60

Hello all, been meaning to say Hi for a long while. Bought the car last June from a local dealer. 2013 S60 2.4 D5 R-Design (Manual). Had a V50 a few years ago and enjoyed it (remapped 180-230bhp).

Saw this one after selling a shed of a car I bought from a dodgy dealer, looked the part, drove well and the dealer who sold it to me were nothing short of excellent which was nice. I do a fair amount of mileage with work so needed a diesel. Not a huge fan of automatics and the fact it was the biggest engine in this car I could get was a bonus too.

So far, put 7k miles on it averaging 43mpg. The original alloys and tyres were shot to pieces so I bought new with new tyres. Got some cheap volvo centre caps off a certain online market place for £4 which fit and look completely standard (which is what I wanted). Had a RICA stage 2 map on it about 4 months ago (215>275bhp). Clutch and DMF not melted yet. Overall, very happy with it. My only gripe is the fact it didn't come in a 4wd version with this engine (that I'm aware of?)

Work done:
-Remap
-Headlight bulb upgrade (expensive Osram ones)
-brake calipers painted
-Brakes (discs and pads changed all round, rear caliper changed after seizing, front carrier changed when I found someone prior to me took the caliper off and cross threaded one of the bolts - all genuine volvo)
- New tyres and alloys

Work to do:
-sort all paint chips out
- gtechniq ceramic coating once the weather picks up.

Anyway, been reading through all the helpful posts on here- Cheers

Nice - although they did an AWD in the V60, not sure about the S60 though.

I've recently bought the S60 D5 auto and want a remap but need to be careful of the torque with the autobox
