Default Vida Dice TCM question?

Does anyone know what the Trans Position Sensor Check /Cal does.

In addition I see in some write ups that the TCM adaption reset involves a series of dash indicators which require certain driving styles. My car being a 2012 T6 3.0L just says adaption done and presumably good to go. No more indications. Is this correct.

Thanks

Greg

Not aware of the first function but usually a single click on a function in Vida brings up a Description option on the screen which explains the test in more detail.

There's normally options for a full adaption process which is unnecessary for most and an adaption reset/clear which yields the best results in most cases and doesn't need special driving and shifting procedures being done.

What you've done so far is the way to go.
