All digital cameras give off RF signals that can effect DAB signals, if you can't run the cable along the opposite side to the DAB cable or along the floor try fitting an RF choke approx 6 to 10 inches from rear camera. On our XC60 I placed it under the removable panel next to the tailgate. These are easily and cheaply obtainable from Amazon Ebay etc, Nextbase sent me one for free when I contacted them.
Front cameras usually have an RF choke fitted to the power supply close to the camera.

Thanks John.

Mine doesn't have a choke at all but will bear it in mind if I have problems in the future.

Cheers
