V40 Loadbay Cover Catch
One of the 2 catches attached to the inside rear of the boot that holds the loadbay cover closed has snapped and is hanging on by a thread - after carefully closing the cover, the first bump I go over.. THWAAAAP! The cover retracts.
Anyone breaking a V40 and have one or 2 that i could take off your hands? Thanks Simon

I replaced both of mine. They're only a few pence from the dealer if you have no joy on here. I'm sure Rufe can help

On my actual loadbay cover the two plastic catches are broken. Halfords do not stock them and when I rang a Volvo dealer in Ballina, Co Mayo I was told I would have to replace the whole thing?
Is this correct? |

Dealer part only. You only need the lugs, not the entire panel/speaker housing.
Including VAT they should be no more than a fiver!
