B230F torq specs

I need to get the torq specs for the CAM gear, and Crank pulley. during a timming belt change needed to change oil seals and don't have the torq spects for those parts

I don't think it's too crititcal. They just need to be done up tight.

That said, my Haynes book says:

Crank Pulley 60nm, then 60degrees by angle
Camshaft Sproket 50nm
Idler Pully 25nm
Tensioner Locknut 50nm

Always best to do it right if you've got a torque wrench.
