2015 xc60 headlight washers help

Good evening, I’m after some help please.
One of my headlight washers has stopped working. The drivers side pops out the bumper just fine and cleans the headlight. The passenger side however doesn’t pop out the bumper I can see water dripping from the bottom of the bumper. I assume it’s just spraying inside the bumper. Is this an easy fix or is it likely to require a whole new headlight washer?

This happened to mine on the passenger side a couple of times. Bumper needs to be removed to access it which is really simple.. Pop the plastic clips at the top, undo all of the hex screws under the bumper and in the inner arch area. Bumper just lifts off. Once off you can reattach the pipe, the second time this happened I secured the pipe with a small cable tie and it hasn't happened since.

From what I have seen, I assume the washer unit only pops up when it gets the water and therefore appears to be broken. I was worried the the unit had packed up but was fine once I reconnected the pipe.
