Default XC90 Mystery Coolant Leak Near Turbo - HELP

Not sure if this is the right place as I was unable to find a forum dedicated to 2020 XC90, so forgive me. I am posting this as our mechanic is unable to locate the cause of our coolant leak. I have also taken the car to Volvo and they too were unable to find it. As a matter of fact, Volvo said there is no leak since it passed a pressure test. My mechanic also said there is no leak when under pressure. However, he sent me these pics of the turbo and said clearly there is a leak somewhere. I have also been having to add water to the reservoir as we randomly will get the "turn car off low coolant" message. Sometimes we go a couple of months without the message, sometimes it's a couple week. I just added 32oz of water last weekend and my mechanic said it was full 2 weeks prior to that at the 60k mile service. So who knows. This is a bit of a mystery so I thought I would post a message here for help. Thanks!

Appears to be coming from the metal tube that goes into the turbo? See attachment. Any ideas?
