Default Zennon headlights

Hi all I'm after some info on where I can purchase zennon headlight conversions from. I'm after the whole lamp units. Or how easy is it to fit the angel eyes to exciting units

Going to sound harsh...I wouldn't bother. Xenons will be a nightmare job (especially if you don't have lamp washers)...and angel lights will look a bit rubbish.

two choices
volvo main dealer for a pair
scrappers for a pair

neither have those angel eye things, thank god, and being gen volvo parts Fit first time, bulbs arent cheap the d2r ones about £90ish + vat from a dealer (each)
but they gen volvo units have the self leveling bit and if your car has the wash function they will be "legal"

that is what the law says
"HID" lights must have a self leveling device (or self leveling suspension)
"HID" lights must have a wash function (wipe not needed)

and as of this year, the MOT test will include checks for those And that they work.
no wash / auto leveling > not legal > no Mot

I think it's because of a theory that dirt on the glass scatters the beam and makes it blinding to other motorists.

Which ignores the fact that the things are still a bl00dy menace that blind other motorists even when clean and fully 'legal'. Given the brightness of the beam, no self-levelling device yet invented can cope properly with these things called bumps, curves, and slopes that we have on our roads. I reckon these lights might be acceptable if you live in the Netherlands. Otherwise not.

Sorry couldn't resist a rant.
