Default 1800s air vent grill clips.

I am replacing the air vent grill with an old style Jensen metal grill. The clips do not seem to be available. if any forum member has any, or can advise a safe way to fix it would be of great help.
Many thanks Paul

Thanks. I bought the grill on ebay. It came from Greece. Spent hours rubbing down / filling, before painting. I do have the original alloy grill that i could use until clips become available. Would rather not as the Jenson style one now looks amazing. Regards Paul.

Robert,

If you get your mate to make the clips for this air intake, keep me in mind for a set.

Cheers

The Ebay seller ( from Greece ) that supplied the grill has suggested fitting
it with the non setting windscreen seal. Sounds a good idea to me !
I was going to fit the original aluminium one until the clips become available.
So glad I do not have to do this as the Jenson one looks fantastic.
Sprayed it graphite grey to match the car.
Regards Paul.

I did try contacting him earlier this year but with not much luck , i was hoping he would catch up with emails if he was away and awaited his reply i can nudge gerogios again see if i get a reply this time .
I have been on other tasks lately but must make contact again with him hes a handy chap to know even thought it was odd he always gets back to me real quick knowing i do big orders .

BUT also i have a uk based ( local to me ) firm i can have them made so dont panic on a item like that i can get a quick turm around aslong as i give a template they can pattern from that.

Thank you for bring this back to my attention i will follow up on this , if i hear back from him i will post a update on this thread .

Kind regards
Robert.w
