Default Moving Slow

Hello Members
I have Volvo XC90 T6 AWD Petrol 2004. Whenever I start car in the morning it works fine for few minutes. Later when I stop at signal and start again then it takes really hard force to move and does not accelerate but once gear shifts it starts working better.

I reads message transmission service urgent required! I changed Transmission oil. Even I changed gearbox and got a reconditioned gear box few days back. It also jerks on incline road. misfires while parking.
Can any member help and recommend the solution?
Thanks
GEMLIB

Ignition related? Spark plugs or ignition coils maybe?
