Default 440 Alarming Problem

1996 440 1.8 SE.
After zapping with the key fob all the doors lock OK and the alarm sets, but then less than a minute later the alarm is activated for no apparent reason. All doors and the boot seem to correctly close. Any ideas please
Thank you, plk

Default thanks bob13

It sorted its self out by the following morning after just locking the doors with the key. I believe its an orignal system. I didnt realise the system was actuvated by voltage drop, maybe the boot light, glove compartment light was playing up.
Anyway thatnks for your advise
