Had Volvo's on and off since in was 22, yet to have a bad one: 1998 S70R auto 1995 850 T5 estate manual 1994 850 T5 estate manual 1995 850R estate auto 1998 V70 TDi manual 2001 V70 T5 auto 1994 850 T5-R estate manual... yellow 1999 V70 2.4... I lied, this one was crap... 1998 V70 T5 auto 1998 V70R manual in gold 1995 850 T5 estate manual Really starting to miss not having a P80 chassis car and given the way prices of 850 and V70 R models have gone of late, I fear that ship may have sailed! |

53 and just acquired my first Volvo, a 2009 V70 D5 185 Geartronic. I've owned a car from most popular brands, my favourite being an imported Toyota Estima 2.2D auto seven seater, which could run on neat vegetable oil with zero modifications and handled everything I threw at it for 7 years without missing a beat. I'm enjoying the V70, time will tell if I get the bug, it needs to be reliable for that to happen, so far so good.
