My V70 is a 2002 model has done around 156,870 kilometers (I live in Spain), and when I fill up I get a big puddle of Petrol on the floor. I am not a engineer and am concerned about this.
The leak only happens when I fill up at no other time does this happen, thanks for you suggestions in advance. |

if it is *only* when you fill up then it could be a crack in the filler neck
have heard of this happening on other vehicles and it was a new petrol tank to fix - not sure if this is independent of the petrol tank or not on these cars

Any Ideas of how I could check this out? Is it easy to get to? I have a Haynes Manuel but it does not give me information of how to check it.
Thanks for your quick reply by the way ![]() David. |
