I do not have AdBlue but this is from the manual, changing to ltrs will alter fuel tank as well.
There are settings on steering wheel for trip meter that have other unit settings, via right hand buttons

Change unit,
Change the units for mileage, speed, etc. via the
centre display as follows:
1. Press Settings in the top view.
2. Press System Units.
3. Under Units, select the required unit stand-
ard: Metric, Imperial or US.

Fill it up once and it shows half full. Do a short journey, fill it up again and it shows 3/4 full.............

I had the same until one day I got fed up with it and rammed a stiff bit of old hose pipe down the Ad Blu filler. Since then, no more air locks. I think the factory fitted pipe gets kinked.
