Default Loaning a car to a friend

So I loaned my 1800 to a friend and this is now the state of it.... Do you think I can buff it out?

(No, I had a wrecked car and a guy I know is rebuilding a rusted out one. We came to an agreement about his body guy cutting off what he thought was better on this car than the one he is working on. Thus you see the result. I think we are down to the M41 being about the only thing of valve left on it.)
