Volvo did do a genuine 320mm kit with floating disks & different calipers. Not been available for a long time and I've only ever seen one fitted on a car from a photo on the internet - someone in the US I think: http://www.volvoforums.org.uk/showthread.php?t=171994

If you haven't bought the pads yet, get the Police spec pads from FRF. Its what I fitted to my 850s and both V70Rs - they're superb and a genuine improvement over std pads. A bit dusty but otherwise no downsides.

I'm currently running black diamond front discs and Ferodo DS1285 pads which is also a good combo. A bit more noisy than standard due to the grooves in the discs, but again worth the money if you're going to be doing some light track stuff.
