S80 V8 Sport, black, 72k miles, FSH, available November
My S80 V8 Sport will be available from late November. I am currently looking for a Land Rover Discovery with which to replace it.
Specification: Black metallic paintwork with black leather interior. Heated / cooled leather. Sunroof. Dynaudio. Navigation with latest 2016 maps and system software. Bluetooth phone connectivity. Keyless entry / start. 4C adaptive suspension. Additions over factory specification: Genuine Volvo face-lift LED rear light clusters. Genuine Volvo face-lift gloss black 18" wheels. Genuine Volvo face-lift grille with large Volvo emblem, plus face-lift wide-spaced Volvo lettering on the boot. Heico stainless exhaust system (~£1500). I took it for a thorough major service at a highly regarded Volvo specialist two months ago. This included the following additional items: Flush and replacement of automatic transmission fluid. New power steering fluid and reservoir / filter. New brake pads front and rear. Prior to this, the service history is completely Volvo main dealer (book fully stamped, plus invoices - will add photos of these). It has also had during my ownership: Four Michelin Pilot Sport 4 tyres fitted less than 2000 miles ago. A new high capacity Bosch battery earlier this year. It is 1 of 38 V8 Sports currently registered. Will come with 12 months MOT. 72k miles. Two keys. Mechanically excellent. 4C suspension is in excellent order. Gearbox is smooth. Since I purchased the car in June 2018, the only electrical / mechanical faults have been: The rear parking sensors don't seem very accurate - sometimes when reversing, they will beep when there is nothing there. Whilst I mention it for completeness, it's sufficiently minor that I haven't investigated further. The front sensors are perfect. One ABS wheel speed sensor (replaced this month). An exhaust bracket was replaced to pass the previous MOT. Price will be £6500. I'm not in any rush to sell it. Miles will rise very slightly - no more than 50 miles a week. It has been my favourite car I've owned and it makes me happy every time I fire it up. I can afford to keep it for a while alongside the Discovery when I get it. Absolutely stunning - I hope you get the asking price as it is clearly a worthy motor.
Unfortunately I won't have the cash available until late October or early November by which time I think it might well have sold. I've pm'd you.

That looks amazing and is EXACTLY what I'm looking for... unfortunately not for another year until my current lease car expires.
I had a 56-plate V8 Lux in silver a few years back and have been keeping my eye out for a black sport, just the wrong time for me, unfortunately. If whoever buys it is looking to move it on in 12-18 months time, I'm interested!! GLWTS Z |

I've seen a couple of tempting Disco 4s in the last month but I am still enjoying owning the V8 too much to give it up just yet. I think I will hang on to it until next year. Please PM me if you would like me to let you know when it is for sale.

Hi Nick, I've been considering one of these... yours is too good for me, as I'd go for a higher mileage one as a workhorse, but I'd be interested in what real-world mpg you are getting on A road / motorway runs? I do a few miles so this has always put me off.
Cheers, Simon |

Hi Nick, sorry I haven’t reached enough messages to send PMs, unfortunately!
Feel free to drop me a text on 07748961755 and I’ll let you know my full details, when I’m looking to buy etc, to see if the timings work out. Thanks Z |
