Default BBC Dr Who article - "The Volvardis"

I saw this on the BBC website today about a family run science fiction museum that's having a battle with local planning about a Dalek in a shed ...

So why post up on here?

Because they've re-purposed or re-imagined a Tardis and a Volvo & come up with "The Volvardis"!

I checked the reg on DVLA (it looks like R781ABM) and it seems to be last MOT'd last year at less than 250k ... not very intergalactic as 940 mileages go.

Maybe not inter-galactic but certainly inter-lunar - the 244k miles it's apparently done would certainly get it to the moon! If the moon is at its closest, it would be about 6k miles back again as well or only just there at its furthest.

Either way, a good amount of miles!
