Detachable Towbar

Im trading in my S40 sport and plan to remove the towbar beforehand and sell if anybody wants it. Its a Witter VL44Q and will fit a S40 / V50 04 >. Mine is a sport model which needed a small cut to the underside of the bumper. Im no master mechanic but I managed to fit the bumper in under 2 hours. Also fitted with a dedicated trailer module (Brink not Volvo but doesnt require a software upgrade).

Total kit cost £300 will accept £150 and is approx 10 months old and must have been used 5 times... towball still has black paint on it

and the bit of the bumper you cut is it on the inside of the bumber so you carnt see it .

yes still have towbar and electrics. its coming off the car tomorrow. Can you PM me your email add so I can send the pics over?

Yes the bumper cut is the on the inside edge of the bumper and cant be seen as its flush to the bar.
