Default possible project. 360GLT-T

Thinking of +T ing one of my 360's. few questions.

has anyone done this before?
if so what did you use? got an 86 and 87 so am only looking to go to about 140hp cause the clutch will only take about 150.
thinking about a 8 value exhaust manifold with pretty much the full 740 turbo setup. eg piping intercooler etc. will this work?
would any block mod need to be done? not keen on an engine swap plus i will probably be buying one with a blown engine.

is there anything I've missed or will need to drastically change?

Can be done and has been done.

A search on Volvo300mania.com should bring you the answers

If I remember correctly FoggyJames has done it (don't quote me on it) but give him a PM.

There is alot more info on turbobricks for this sort of mod. THB you will have to do alot of engineering, timing, fuel management, oil feed and return etc. which it would probably be easier to take an entire 900/700 B230FT/FK and swap over the 360 smaller bits like the sump and oil pump. 300mania is good for this.

Flywheel+lClutch is the tricky bit, but should be possible to get it to take 190bhp from a lightly boosted B230FT.

The later B230FT have much stronger engines than the 360. Bigger con rods, piston oil squirters etc.
