In this months (May) edition of Practical Classics, on Pg149, there's a genuine 262C for sale in the west midlands for £14,995 and while i appreciate some modifications become necessary and ultimately accepted to keep a particular vehicle on the road, a whole new front end from a different model?
How long before we see a 740 with the back doors welded up and badged as a 780? A bit extreme, bordering on the facetious admittedly but you see what i'm saying? In fairness it would take a long time and about £8k to turn that 242/262 above back to what it should be. Will be interesting to how much and if it sells!

No. I have a spares car that is really too good to destroy so I am sorting it at the minute and I have a one owner original car that will be done next. One will be on the road later this year and the other will be done over the winter.
