Default 06xc70 D5 185bhp oily sump and engine mounts issues

Ok so I recently aquired a manual xc70 06 plate D5 185 with 200k collected weekend before Xmas. This will be run (hopefully) along side our petrol v70xc.

It's been sat waiting for an overdue cambelt change and service before getting it on the road. I did not want to run the risk of engine failure on the tensioner and glad I did!

Anyway having collected the parts, this weekend I managed to change the cam belt, tensioner, water pump, alt tensioner alt belt and alt pulley along with a coolant flush. All genuine volvo parts.

With fluids and filters left to change I got it up on the ramps so I could get underneath and get remove the underguard.
I was going to do an oil and filter change...but didn't have the correct size socket!

Anyway on looking underside and other locations I discovered that:

1. On the sump there appears to be a lot of oil staining.
Could it be an oil leak from the cooler?

2. The fuel filter housing seems to be cable tied in place under the car against some wood and plastic bracker. It's also very loose with the cable tie removed.
I have not attempted probably look yet but is it possible to chamge the complete housing the filter fits in.

3. On the drive home there seemed a lot of engine rocking movement. The top mount needs replacing but I tested the lower vacuum engine mounts to see if they held vacuum using a hand held tester connected to the hose from the solenoid. After creating a vacuum it would not hold above 5inhg but held for 10 sec before taking 30 sec slowly drop back to 0.
Is this normal or do they need replacing?

I'm sure there will be more questions as I learn my way around the new D5 engine.

Thanks
