Default Volvo brake pads

I was looking around for brake pad prices as I expect to need some in the next couple of months and just wanted a feel for what it was going to cost.
Saw an ad on Ebay for genuine Volvo set for very reasonable price, plus £5-odd for delivery.
When I enquired it turns out that it was Mill Volvo in Newcastle, so ordered a set and got delivery refunded as it was easy for me to pick up.
Excellent service from Mill guys, so check them out in future before possibly opting for after market kit.

Mill are local to me also. I’ve used them for OE parts since I acquired the car and found their prices to be reasonably competitive and the guys in the parts department are very pleasant and helpful.
I don’t understand that they are also selling on eBay but have experienced it in the past. When our daughter had her V50, which she bought from Mill, she wanted a genuine Volvo luggage/dog guard which folds up to the roof. After doing her research she ordered one from eBay costing just over half the price quoted by the dealer. When it was delivered the packaging labels showed that it had been despatched by Mill Garage.

There are a couple of main dealers who sell much cheaper on ebay... I have got stuff from Lloyds of Carlisle as well as Mill.

A good place also - https://www.volvopartshop.com - (actually a midlands based Volvo main dealer who uses a different trading name)

It's also well worth looking round a few places as the price for exactly the same genuine Volvo item can fluctuate a lot.

Even with carriage added you can still save lots of £!!

I’ve used also volvopartshop. They were particularly helpful when I was overhauling the exhaust system on my 940 and needed the extra bits and pieces which make up the bellhousing to front pipe mounting. Most of it was missing on my car, only the bracket bolted to the bell housing was present. After a few emails back and forth they were able to supply the other required pieces, of which there were several.

I've just bought the split level boot floor kit for my V40 from Mill (Volvopartstrade on ebay) for less than half of the RRP I think...
