Default XC90 D5 flick, the error message: 0A31

My XC90 D5 136kW MY07 began to flick, sometimes intensely.
Got diagnostic device (Delphi) of the proposed and provide fault 0A31, I found a match: "Control module communication. Signal missing from the Engine Control Module (ECM)."
Browsing through various forums, I realized that there may be a case of bad wiring.
Can anyone advise where to get started, and what could check?

Br,

Mart.

What do you mean by 'flick' ? Headlights, interior lights flickering? Dash screen switching off?

OP was last on line in 2017 so unlikely he will get back to you.

I would assume he cleaned the connections on the injector which he stated were tarnished

Cheers

Dave
