  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way
  • AOL Customers: Make sure you check the 'Remember me' check box otherwise the AOL system may log you out during the session. This is a known issue with AOL.
  • AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net users. Forum owners such as us are finding that AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net are blocking a lot of email generated from forums. This may mean your registration activation and other emails will not get to you, or they may appear in your spam mailbox

The dealer has to give you the Volvo order number if I remember correctly and you enter into My Volvo.

As MY15 starts production tomorrow, I am not sure if My Volvo is displaying the new orders, yet?

Just typed my order number in and, as if by magic, there pops up a picture of my XC60 under a blanket!

It's now going to be a long slog till September !!!!

Whenever I go on the site it just has the two loading symbols showing permanently. I get to log in, that is okay, but it never reaches the point where I can enter My Car details. It has been useless for me so far.

Yep. On Sunday it stated 2 weeks to delivery.
Now it states 1 week.
Car arrived today, all in all, it is not too far out.
I think these enhancements are improving the site, but I hope the IT lads who are involved, have never been allowed near Sensus Connect.

Site still says two weeks to go , & 'transportation to dealer' but it arrived yesterday, as per original order, and is going thru PDI, fitting no. Plates etc today.

I'm not available for a couple of days, so I've arranged to pick it up on Wednesday.

Be sorry to lose the XC 60, but it stays in the family, and I should save a fortune in fuel costs from now on.
