Default Rear brake caliper change

The mot was due so off I went....failed leaking rear caliper.
New caliper fitted the wife help bleed by pressing the pedal.....two man job and I bled the caliper. Yes I clamped the hose while I fitted new caliper.
Anyway it past the retest but the wife says the pedal seems to travel a wee bit further than before and I have to admit maybe a bit but it doesn't go to the deck, the car stops like lighting and the pedals not spongy.
Anyone encountered similar, I don't drive this vehicle much she does.
It can't be air.

Also I did slack the handbrake off but adjusted it when I finished and it holds on the second to third click.

Would recommend you bleed all 4 and press the clutch a few times as well while the brake bleed screw is open.

I actually prefer using the "1 man" bleed kits instead of having someone press the pedal as you never known exactly how they are pressing it!

After winding rear calipers back and servicing the old one and pumping the pedal and taking the handbrake up I can confirm the pedals better.
