I looked into replacements for the 17"x7.5J Syrmas on my 2008 C70, but everything else Volvo that I found was 7J. AFAIK, all 2nd-generation C70 wheels are 7.5J, even the 16" Castulas. So I think that unfortunately you may be limited to just the other styles originally listed by Volvo for that model e.g. Serapis, Mirzam.

Oh No , not much choice then , thanks for the info, I have the 17" Syrma on mine but don't feel they do the styling of the car justice , so looking for 18" or something different in a 17"

As a suggestion, mine has its Syrmas powder-coated in shiny silver with clear lacquer over the top, instead of the normal Volvo OEM metallic paint. It was done by the garage I bought it from during their preparation for sale. Dunno if that's your sort of thing, but I like it and think it suits my car (in Flint Grey) very well.

The trouble is when you kerb one done like that, the 'spot repair' outfits aren't able to etch off the old paint or match it in their repair, so you end up either running with the scuffs, having a visible repair, or having to get all 4 refurbed to keep them matching. Hence why I was looking - for a second set, also possibly to use with winter tyres.

If you do replace your Syrmas, drop me a PM, I could be interested.

Just saw this, if it's any good to you - they're the correct size but not sure about the look!

Alloys from S-MAX

I'd forgotten that with Ford's ownership of Volvo at the time the C70 was first built, they could be another avenue to explore for styles. Now I think about it, I'm sure I've seen a C30 with Focus RS alloys on.

I guess the alloys from the later facelifted C70's would also fit your car, they're a lot sharper-looking than the Syrmas.
