If it can be done on your particular headlights, there would be instructions in the owners manual.

So what do you have?
The standard bi-xenon has automatic levelling and bend lighting, and the bend lighting switch allows for driving on the left or the right.

If you do not have that, explain what you have.

I don't have the adjustment as shown in the handbook and I don't have the option to adjust it through the settings.

If it doesn't match the manual then it may be worth putting a call into local main dealer to see if they can advise.

If it is not what it says in the handbook then, as Simon says, your next port of call must be a Volvo Main Dealer.

This has come up several times in the past so before you go knocking on the local Volvo dealer's door (you might not see the lever first off) have a look through these videos, the little lever inside the headlight unit is not always easy to see so the videos might help. The videos cover most of the Volvo types.... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CNU6oBbvzE4

Take a photograph of what you have.

To add to what is in the manual...

Remove the headlamp from the vehicle (pull out the two "tent pegs"), undo the connector and slide lamp unit forward and out. See P.366 of manual.

Remove the back cover from the lamp (undo two clips and swing cover away) . See P.367 of manual.

Then the mechanism shown on P.99 of the manual should be present within the headlamp housing.
