Nothing wrong with doing that, but it would have saved all this beating around the bush if you'd have done that in the first place. (ie. saying you wanted £500), rather than inviting offers and then getting offended when several were put down.

firstly: rejecting an offer is not getting offended. At no point was I offended, trust me.
At no point on here did I ask for £500...try £300 (look back through the posts) the £500 BIN on ebay is merely a blind lunge in the dark at the very top end. Please don't fall into the trap Ian has and start twisting and bending the truth to try and dis-credit me, it is not appreciated |

The centre caps play a big key because they are unique to the Galaxies are Polaris that are discontinued from Volvo and as far as I am aware no other centre cap fits. I understand youve set your rejections to £250 as stated above which is a more realistic price although still slightly high if they are missing the centre caps. In the end they are your wheels though and you are allowed to set your price to what you want but weather you will shift them or not is an entirely different question. Good luck anyway though, you never know someone might buy them. |

i took the caps out to clean the wheels and forgot to put them back. If the buyer wants them, they are there. They are not in need of refurb yet, like I said they are quite presentable as they are. I would be prepared to put some usable tyres on for not a lot.
I could get them refurbed for £40 per wheel then stick a set of good tyres on and ask £500, but if somebody wanted them a different colour that would be a waste of time. If somebody had offered me £300 -£350 with the tyres and caps I may well have taken it, but all I got was criticism about the tyres and very few genuine offers. I am no dire need to sell them |
