I think I would rather try and fix it then to do that as a fix. I would then be more interested in doing a whole panel in that stuff.

I have some vinyl samples on the way to me but not sure how easy re trimming is. I don't have that much patience either

I had a professional trimmers try and fix wrinkled panels, but they could not get the creases out without odd looking stretches. I was back and forth half a dozen times till I called it a day. I ended up slowly sourcing unwrinkled door cards, which took 6 months before I had a decent set.
If those panel pads had been available, I would have got them, so much simpler, they look smart and less money that what I paid for the replacements. |

I actually found the holy grail, a set of unwrinkled minted doorcards in a local breaker's yard for the princely sum of £20. They were even the right colour.
I'd only had the car a month at the time and was taken aback by the chancers asking for £100 + for a set, not realising that they were pretty hard to come by. |
