Thats good that something definite was found, nothing worse than not finding anything. Hopefully thats you for many more miles motoring.

Thanks, tomorrow I will go for my car. It should be ready after repairation.
It is very strange for me that my motor received this kind of damage in so sort period (115 000 km).
I am using Diesel engines from 1985 year and know that this type of engine is very difficult to kill. I had two VW with atmosphere diesel and turbodiesel - all of them are working till now and has more then 270 000 (from 1993 year) and more then 350 000 (from 1991 year) km at odometer. And no problem with engines.

Was the antifreeze mix right for Moscow, cause the engine to freeze, running the car then over heats and blows the head gasket. I have worked in Finland and by god its gets cold with you guys. These engines are about the best there are.
