Sat Nav/Phone: - Rti fault s60 2.4 d5 s 2003

Hi all,

I have just bought a VOLVO S60 2.4 D5 S 2003 (my first Volvo) and I have a problem with the RTI DISPLAY.

I cannot get it to rise out of the dashboard....

I have tried using the remote control (including changing batteries) and using the steering wheel\column controls and no joy.

All I can find in the manual is instructions to turn the ignition key to position one or two press the buttons on the steering wheel\column and wait a few seconds before it works. Sadly this doesnt work.

Anyone had this problem and or knows what's wrong and how to fix it please.

have you checked the fuse. may be a good place to start?
