Divers window/mirrors/cent locking stopped working
Hi
I have a V702.4 2000 'X' reg, the problem is the drivers side window buttons have all stopped working including electric mirrors/central locking button, all the other window buttons work. I have changed the buttons over with a friends and still do not work. Does anyone know what fuse runs these switches or anyone had similar problems. Cheers Alan |

I own a 2008 V70 2.5 petrol.
I have exactly the same issue with the drivers door switches. Divers window/mirrors/cent locking switch has stopped working. The car still locks with the remote and the mirrors fold in as they should. I have tried another switch set and fitted another V70 owners door card to my car and checked/swapped the related 25amp fuses. I still can't find the problem. has anyone else had the same issue and managed to fix it? |

are they not coded to the car, i.e. swapping with someone else's wouldn't work anyway (maybe unless manufactured same year / week ?)
what is odd though I know when I unplugged mine to repair a door card, the remote locking stopped working, so it must be 'seeing' something if mine stopped working and all the fuses looked ok I suppose I'd have a word with these guys and ask if they can repair door modules https://volvodiagnostic.com/contact/#main someone else might come along with a better idea of course Last edited by stuart bowes; Sep 9th, 2021 at 11:11. |
