My bluepower stereo has arrived
So I ordered my bluepower stereo 5 weeks ago & it arrived today a month early. It looks very good quality with comprehensive instructions. I think it will take a good few hours to fit.

Looking forward to seeing the end result. The only bit I'm not sold on is rehousing the ICM somewhere else in the dashboard.

Did you go for any of the extra options or just the base unit? How much was it? |

It costs me £440.00 with shipping. It comes with sat nav & Bluetooth connectivity, dvd player etc I also brought a reversing camera off of eBay & a dab add on. I'll try & get some more photos when I've finished work. I'll try & fit it Thursday but I haven't played with stereo in a long time so I want to take my time & do it right. |

You have to put the existing LCD screen somewhere though according to the review I read, it can't be disconnected just has to be hidden somewhere.

I'll post up a couple of pages of the instruction manual later explaining it. From what I've read of it you have to remove the icm & open it up remove a couple of wires, there's then a wire which connects the icm to the colour screen. The icm is then put back in place & the colour screen is put over it. The dvd player & sat nav hardware is all put in the glove box.

Cool, think I am going to try to fit mine on later this week.so the old cd player stays in place along with the new one in the glove box? I haven't had chance tonight to read all the instructions. Let us know how you get on.
