Default Diesel C30 fuel pressure ?

Engine cutout at 75mph on motorway, not start NO warning lights. Recovered to main VOLVO main garage. Diagnostics replaced fuel sensor £370 Still low fuel pressure, Fitted new Fuel Pump £1780 Upon road Test car stopped and had to be recovered again. Volvo now state that diagnostics via Volvo UK that a new ECM to be replaced part to be sent from Sweden.Cost so far £5000+ incs labour
I am at my wits end!!!!!!!!!
My questions are VOLVO UK not diagnosing the fault codes correctly? and would I have to replace all items ? fuel pump? and are the 3 items all related.
They state that the ECM unit upon opening up has calification inside not caused by water as it was sealed.
Should I have to pay ? I am wondering if they are miss diagnosing the problem and charging me by default.
Help wanted Please
Thankyou

Yes they are.
This is one of the reasons why forums like this exist.
