Default Strange satnav instruction (and 3D building)

Used the satnav to drive to the National Science and Media Museum to see 'Dunkirk' in IMAX (highly recommended). As I was about to turn into the road to the car park I heard this: "Caution, the traffic conditions in this area may have changed" (or words to that effect). I couldn't see anything out of the normal so continued on.

When I got home I looked at it on Google Maps and it shows it as one-way in the opposite direction to which I was going. It definitely wasn't one-way (cars were parked facing the direction I was going) so I wonder if the road is about to become one-way and the Here maps in the car are anticipating it whilst the Google maps are already showing it. Seems too clever by half if so.

Oh, and the museum is rendered in 3D although it's a rubbish representation compared to other buildings I've seen.
