My dremel cuting discs keep shattering. Cheap jobs, but I'm half way through using the diamond disc on my multi-tool. That disc is too big to go any further without cutting into the clamp itself .
So going to get me a little diamond disc (hopefully) for the dremel lookalike !

Went to one DIY store today to get a diamond disc for the cheapo dremel .... No joy.
So got a nut splitter ( caisse ecroue) ....no room to get it on, lol.
Off to a larger out of town centre tomoz, fingers crossed for a diamond disc for dremel off the shelf. Loads online, cheap as chips!
I will sort this!

A day of perseverance and its off! Woohoo!
Oh dremel cutter was the order of the day, very slowly and bit by bit to keep the heat down.

Bit late now, but, I have one of these tungsten carbide Dremel bits, it works like a rotary file and I've yet to find something it won't cut, they promote it for cutting terracotta. It takes a little time and you have to be careful of the filings/shavings which are like minute metal splinters, if you get them in your skin it takes days to get them out.
