That one has been on eBay a long time and sold in June. Will be worth finding out why he’s still got it. According to sellers completed items.

Looking at the pictures the boot has different colour trim to the rest of the cabin, seems a bit odd to me.

No other information though.

Don't know the car at all, however whilst DVLA check shows it to be tested to November it does seem to have quite a history of failures for electrical[lighting] and suspension related issues.Whether this is indicative of anything in particular I don't know.If it's not too far from you then going to take a look at it can't hurt.

Suspension woes can mean simple wear 'n tear or sustained abuse like repeatedly scuffing into curbstones

Electrical[lighting] issues can be just bulbs, the left-right circuitry mysteries associated with headlights or the dread FLOODED CAR.

We Americans watch for flooded cars -which has a standardized notation on states' registration forms- the way you fear the taxman.

Go see it. See if it has premium tires on it (a distraction?). See if the carpet sparkles in direct Sunlight (evidence of the super cleaners used post flood) also look under and up behind the dash for corrosion.

I touched a steering rack boot once and my hand got drenched with PS fluid so do that too.

Always drive a car (with auto) 'til hot.

Remember the car caveat....never buy someone's old muscle car. It is said that the "R"'s are very different animals.

Best of

I saw this on ebay too. I wondered why the year is 2003 which agrees with the reg but the vehicle status report is **10 *** honest mistake ??
